PRIMITIV PRIZE JARS x JARS PROMOTION – ROUND 2

VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

Entry Period: The Primitiv Prize Jars x JARS Promotion – Round 2 (the "Promotion") begins on August 1, 2026 at 9:00:00 am Eastern Time and continues on an ongoing basis for as long as Eligible Product (as defined below) remains available for purchase at participating locations, as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion (the "Entry Period"). Entries received before or after the Entry Period are void. During the Entry Period, Sponsors intend to host a virtual "Hang Session" with Calvin Johnson, Jr. and Rob Sims approximately once per month, with each session lasting approximately one (1) hour, at dates and times to be announced (each, a "Session").

Sponsors: The Promotion is sponsored by Primitiv Retail, LLC, 1230 Mason Court, Webberville, MI 48892 ("Drawing Sponsor") and participating JARS Cannabis retail locations in the State of Michigan (collectively "Sponsors").

Terms and Conditions: By participating in the Promotion, you fully and unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Official Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. You agree to accept the decisions of Sponsors as final and binding as it relates to the Promotion. You agree that Sponsors shall retain full authority, in their sole discretion, to interpret and administer these Official Rules, and you agree to be bound by all decisions and interpretations made in good faith by Sponsors, or their designee. In addition, you agree to receive communications via email relating to this Promotion. This Promotion is void where prohibited by law, rule, regulation or ordinance and is limited to persons located in the State of Michigan. The Promotion is presented as a business promotion of the Sponsors' businesses pursuant to Michigan Compiled Law 750.372(2). To the extent the Promotion is determined by any regulatory agency to be outside the protection of MCL 750.372(2) or otherwise prohibited by law, it is void.

Eligibility: The Promotion is open to individuals who are residents of the State of Michigan and are at least 21 years of age. Employees of Sponsors, their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, siblings, children and parents, regardless of where they live) and/or persons living in their same household (whether related or not), are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. Any participant selected to receive a Prize (as defined below) (a "Winner") must be 21 years of age or older with valid identification.

How to Enter: During the Entry Period, an eligible person may enter by visiting Drawing Sponsor's retail location at 1286 S. 11th Street, Niles, MI 49120 or a participating JARS Cannabis retail location and purchasing a one-ounce jar of Primitiv premium flower inside a souvenir jar of any of the following strains: Cadillac Rainbows, Runtz, Mac Pebblez, Blue Andez, or Galactic Warheadz ("Eligible Product"). One entry may be made per person per Eligible Product. You may enter more than one time by purchasing additional Eligible Products during the Entry Period.

Each eligible purchase of an Eligible Product entitles the purchaser to sign up to participate in a virtual Smoke Session with Calvin Johnson, Jr. and Rob Sims. Your entry must fulfill all requirements, as specified, to be eligible to sign up for and participate in a Session. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to these rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Drawing Sponsor. Any attempt to obtain more than the permitted number of entries by using multiple identities, registrations, or any other methods may void entries and may result in disqualification from the Promotion. Drawing Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant at any time who, in Drawing Sponsor's opinion, is behaving in an offensive or unsuitable manner, endangers the safety or well-being of any employee or patron of Drawing Sponsor or any other participant, or if it is determined the entrant has not complied with applicable local or state laws or otherwise attempts to circumvent these rules.

Virtual Smoke Sessions: Eligible entrants who purchase an Eligible Product may sign up to participate in a Smoke Session by https://wkf.ms/4pShEGE. Space in each Session may be limited, and sign-up does not guarantee a participant's inclusion in any particular SMoke Session. Sponsors will determine, in their sole discretion, which eligible sign-ups are invited to participate in a given Smoke Session and may use methods such as first-come, first-served registration, random selection, or any other method Sponsors deem appropriate. SMoke Sessions will be conducted virtually via a video/livestream platform designated by Sponsors. Participants are responsible for providing their own device, internet connection, and any other equipment needed to join and participate in a SMoke Session, and Sponsors are not responsible for a participant's inability to join or remain connected to a Smoke Session for any reason, including technical or connectivity issues on the participant's end. Sponsors reserve the right to verify a participant's identity and age (21+) prior to or during a Smoke Session and may remove any participant from a Smoke Session at Sponsors' sole discretion.

During each Smoke Session, Sponsors may give away prizes to participating entrants through activities such as spinning a prize wheel and other interactive games (each, a "Prize," as further described below). Games, mechanics, and the number of Prizes awarded during any given Smoke Session are within Sponsors' sole discretion and may vary from Smoke Session to Smoke Session.

Recording and Publicity: By joining and participating in a Session, entrant acknowledges and agrees that the SMoke Session may be recorded (audio and video) and/or livestreamed, and that entrant's name, likeness, image, voice, and statements made during the Smoke Session may be used by Sponsors for promotional, marketing, and archival purposes across any media now known or later developed, without additional compensation to entrant, except where prohibited by law.

Prize

As used in these Official Rules, "Prize" refers to any prize awarded by Sponsors to a participant during a Session, which may include merchandise, product, tickets, experiences, or other items selected by Sponsors in their sole discretion. Specific Prizes, quantities, and approximate retail values are not guaranteed in advance and will vary by Smoke Session. No purchase of an Eligible Product guarantees receipt of a Prize; a participant must be selected during a Smoke Session (e.g., via a spinning wheel or other game) to receive a Prize.

The odds of winning a Prize depend on the number of eligible participants in a given Smoke Session. Restrictions may apply. Prizes are non-transferable. No cash or other substitution of a Prize will be made, unless Sponsors determine that a substitution is necessary, in which case Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a Prize for one of equal or greater value. Any difference between a Prize's stated or actual value will not be awarded in cash or otherwise. A participant is limited to one (1) Prize per Smoke Session, unless otherwise announced by Sponsors at the time of the Smoke Session. A Prize is valid only as awarded during the applicable Smoke Session, and any redemption deadlines or restrictions applicable to a specific Prize will be communicated to the Winner at the time of the Smoke Session. Sponsor is not responsible for any inability of a Winner to accept or use a Prize (or portion thereof) for any reason.

All expenses related to accepting and utilizing a Prize, including, but not limited to, travel, airfare, accommodations, food and drink not listed in a Prize's description, and personal expenses, are the sole responsibility of the Winner.

Winner Selection and Requirements:

Winner Selection: During each Smoke Session, Sponsors will award Prizes to participants live through methods such as a spinning prize wheel or other interactive games, in Sponsors' sole discretion. A participant must be actively present and participating in the Smoke Session at the time a Prize is awarded to be eligible to receive that Prize. If a selected participant is unavailable, disconnected, or otherwise not present in the Session when selected, Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to select an alternate participant from among those actively present in the Session. Sponsors shall have no liability for a participant's failure to join, remain connected to, or be present during a Smoke Session, including as a result of spam or junk email filters, security settings, technical difficulties, internet connectivity issues, or incorrect contact information provided by the participant.

Required Affidavit and Release: A Winner may be required, at Sponsors' sole discretion, to complete, sign and return to Sponsors and/or their agents an Affidavit of Eligibility and a Release of Liability, Waiver and Limitation of Liability as a precondition of receiving a Prize, within two (2) days of receipt of such documents from Sponsors. Additionally, a Winner may also be requested (but not required) to complete, sign and return to Sponsors and/or their agents a Publicity Release, within two (2) days of receipt of such document from Sponsors. If any documents required to be completed and signed by a Winner are not returned to Sponsors prior to such deadline, the Prize won may be forfeited in Sponsors' sole discretion.

Responsibility for Prize/Taxes: A Winner understands and agrees that they are solely responsible for the use, care and maintenance of a Prize, including any and all insurance requirements, licensing requirements, and liability for use. PRIZES ARE AWARDED "AS IS" WITH NO REPRESENTATION OR GUARANTEE OF ANY KIND BY SPONSORS, AND EXCLUDE ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ARISING BY OPERATION OF LAW OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Any and all Prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner. The Internal Revenue Service requires Form 1099-MISC to be issued and filed for each recipient who receives prizes/awards with an annual aggregate value of at least $600. A Winner must complete and submit a W-

9 form to receive any Prize, or combination of Prizes, with an approximate aggregate retail value of $600 or more. The recipient should consult their tax advisor for the proper tax treatment of this income on their tax return.

Compliance with Laws: Receipt of a Prize offered in this Promotion is conditioned upon the entrant's compliance with these Official Rules and all local and state laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY ANY WINNER MAY (AT SPONSORS' SOLE DISCRETION) RESULT IN SUCH WINNER'S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE PROMOTION AND ALL WINNER PRIVILEGES WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED. If any provision of these Official Rules shall be deemed to violate any state or municipal law, it shall be amended to conform to such law and all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Limitation of Liability: BY ENTERING THE PROMOTION YOU HEREBY AGREE TO RELEASE, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSORS, THEIR AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, DIVISIONS, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION AGENCIES, AND EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES AND SHAREHOLDERS (COLLECTIVELY, THE "RELEASEES") FROM ANY CLAIMS, ACTIONS, LOSSES, LIABILITIES, COSTS AND EXPENSES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ATTORNEYS' FEES) INJURY, LOSS OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND (COLLECTIVELY, "CLAIMS"), INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH, OR ANY OTHER LIABILITY THAT MAY RESULT FROM PARTICIPATING IN THE PROMOTION OR A SESSION, WHETHER CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE ON THE PART OF SPONSORS OR NOT, INCLUDING ALL CLAIMS OR THREATENED CLAIMS RELATING TO (A) PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION OR A SESSION; (B) ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, OR USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE AWARDED; (C) PARTICIPATION IN ANY PRIZE-RELATED ACTIVITY; (D) TECHNICAL FAILURES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE MALFUNCTION OF ANY COMPUTER, CABLE, NETWORK, HARDWARE, SOFTWARE, VIDEO/LIVESTREAM PLATFORM, OR OTHER EQUIPMENT; (E) THE UNAVAILABILITY OR INACCESSIBILITY OF ANY TRANSMISSIONS, TELEPHONE, OR INTERNET SERVICE; (F) UNAUTHORIZED HUMAN INTERVENTION IN ANY PART OF THE ENTRY PROCESS, SIGN-UP PROCESS, OR THE PROMOTION; OR (G) ELECTRONIC OR HUMAN ERROR IN THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE PROMOTION, ANY SESSION, OR THE PROCESSING OF ENTRIES. THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY IS A COMPREHENSIVE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY THAT APPLIES TO ALL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING (WITHOUT LIMITATION) COMPENSATORY, DIRECT, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES; LOSS OF DATA, INCOME, OR PROFIT; LOSS OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY; AND CLAIMS BROUGHT BY THIRD PARTIES. ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANTS AGREE THAT RELEASEES HAVE NOT MADE NOR ARE IN ANY MANNER RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION, OR GUARANTEE, STATUTORY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, TITLE, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE), IN FACT OR IN LAW, RELATIVE TO THE PROMOTION, ANY SESSION, OR ANY PRIZE AWARDED. WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, RELEASEES DO NOT MAKE ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS WITH RESPECT TO ANY PROMOTIONAL WEBSITE OR VIDEO/LIVESTREAM PLATFORM, AND RELEASEES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR THE CONSEQUENCES OF ANY INTERRUPTIONS OR ERRORS RELATED THERETO.

Termination: Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion and without notice, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion or any Session. Examples of reasons for termination or modification of the Promotion may include (without limitation) Sponsors' inability to reasonably or fairly conduct or administer the Promotion or a Session due to business changes, viruses, malware, security breaches, non-authorized human intervention, fraud or other causes beyond Sponsors' control. Sponsors reserve the right at their sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process, sign-up process, or the operation of the Promotion, a Session, or website, or violates these Official Rules or is found to otherwise be acting in a disruptive manner or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR PLATFORM OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSORS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

General Rules: The Sponsors are not responsible for (i) late, lost, delayed, damaged, incomplete, illegible, misdirected or undeliverable correspondence; (ii) theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alterations of entry or sign-up materials; (iii) any typographical or other errors in the printing of these Official Rules, administration of this Promotion or any Smoke Session, or in the announcement of any Winner or Prize; or (iv) phone, electrical, network, computer, hardware, software, video/livestream platform, or transmission malfunctions, failures or difficulties. By participating in the Promotion, entrant acknowledges that entrant has read these Official Rules and any other terms and conditions, rules, guidelines or policies applicable to the Promotion, and agrees to abide by them.

Social Media and Marketing: The Promotion may be advertised through social media and platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter ("Social Media") and marketing platforms, such as Constant Contact and Google ("Marketing"). You understand and acknowledge, however, that the Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any Social Media or Marketing platform on which it is offered or advertised, including, but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, and Constant Contact. You agree to adhere to all rules established by social media and Marketing platforms. Any information you provide for the Promotion is being provided to Sponsors rather than any social media or Marketing platform. You fully release Facebook, Instagram, Constant Contact, and all other social media and Marketing platforms from all claims, losses and harm that you may allege or incur relating to this Promotion.

Governing Law: These Official Rules and any and all claims, disputes, or other legal proceedings by or between you or Sponsors, including but not limited to any such claims or disputes that are in any way related to or arising under these Official Rules or your participation in this Promotion, shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan without giving effect to any conflict-of-laws principles that may otherwise provide for the application of the law of another jurisdiction.

Dispute Resolution: THIS PROMOTION IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN. As a condition of participating in this Promotion, the entrant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and any controversy, claim, or causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Promotion shall, to the fullest extent permitted by law, be resolved by final and binding arbitration in Detroit, Michigan, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association ("AAA"), as they may be amended and in effect at the time the arbitration is filed, regardless of the amount in dispute. The decision of the arbitrator on all matters relating to a claim shall be final and binding. Judgment upon any award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any Michigan state court of competent jurisdiction. THE ENTRANT AGREES THAT ALL CLAIMS SHALL BE RESOLVED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. IF FOR ANY REASON A CLAIM PROCEEDS IN COURT RATHER THAN IN ARBITRATION, THE ENTRANT WAIVES ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND AGREES THAT SUCH CLAIM SHALL BE BROUGHT ONLY IN A COURT OF COMPETENT JURISDICTION IN DETROIT, MICHIGAN.

Privacy Policy: The terms of the Sponsors' Privacy Policies will govern how the Sponsors may use your information collected during the Promotion. By participating in the Promotion, you agree to the terms of Sponsors' Privacy Policies at www.primitivgroup.com/privacy-policy/ and https://jarscannabis.com/privacy-policy.

Regulatory Compliance: THIS PROMOTION IS OCCASIONAL AND ANCILLARY TO THE PRIMARY BUSINESS OF SPONSORS. THE PROMOTION IS DESIGNED AS PROMOTIONAL ACTIVITY AS DEFINED UNDER MICHIGAN COMPILED LAW 750.372(2) AND IS NOT ENCOURAGING PURCHASING MORE THAN THE ELIGIBLE PRODUCT REQUIRED FOR ENTRY. SPONSORS ARE NOT ENCOURAGING PURCHASING MORE THAN THE LEGAL LIMIT OF RETAIL MARIJUANA OR RETAIL MARIJUANA PRODUCT PER TRANSACTION PER DAY AND DO NOT SUPPORT CONSUMERS POSSESSING MORE THAN THE LEGAL LIMIT OF RETAIL MARIJUANA AT ANY TIME.
