• Winner Announcement: January 1, 2025, at 5 PM

(Note: The meet-and-greet with Calvin Johnson Jr. & Rob Sims is an added value to the prize package but is not guaranteed. How to Enter:

1. Standard Entry (No Purchase): Participants may enter without making a purchase by completing the “Score Big with Primitiv” form through the “ENTER HERE” button below. Required fields include name, email, phone number, and contact information.
2. Purchase Entry: Customers who purchase any eligible Primitiv product (Primitiv, Primitiv Performance, or TURF) at locations that have partnered on this campaign may submit an entry by scanning the QR code on the product packaging or visiting the campaign website. The entry form requires full name, email, phone number, store location of purchase, and a clear photo of the purchase receipt that shows the purchase date, location, and Primitiv product purchased.
3. Additional Entry Opportunity: Customers can earn an extra entry by sharing a photo of their purchase or themselves in Primitiv gear, tagging @Primitiv_Group, the store location, and using #ScoreBigWithPrimitiv. They can then upload this image via the QR code on the product packaging or the campaign website.

• Entries are limited to one per person unless a qualifying Primitiv product is purchased at locations that have partnered on this campaign, which will grant one additional entry per receipt.
• Entries are only valid for Primitiv products (Primitiv, Primitiv Performance, and TURF) purchased at locations that have partnered on this campaign during the specified campaign period.

• Non-Transferable Tickets: The tickets awarded cannot be resold or transferred to another person.
